Griffin Community Trust Website up and running.
If
you're reading this then you'll already know that the all new Griffin
website is up and running. It is hoped the the information on the site
will help raise awareness of Griffins work and will be a resource for
students to find out more about Griffin and how they can get involved.
The site will be kept updated with news about events and activities
occuring at Griffin so check back to get the latest.
8th September
Term starts as we welcome nine new students to Griffin
The
new academic year has started once again and we are proud to welcome
nine new students lucky enough to have been offered a place at Griffin
house. Everyone should be moved in by the end of the weekend. They'll
have a little time to settle in before the first Griffin event of the
year; the 'meet and greet' where they can introduce themselves to the
residents at Shaftesbury.
01st December
Gearing Up For Christmas.
With
the recent successful cheese and wine event and trip to the hop farm
behind us, everyone is gearing up for christmas with a selection of fun
upcoming Griffin events. We're off to the Hackney Empire for the Dick
Whittington pantomime very soon and we also have a trip to a favourite
restaurant for a roast Christmas dinner. There's also talk of some
Christmas carols being sung by Griffin residents! Reports to follow.
